Louis Cousin Summer

For a good part of 6 weeks this summer, we had 9 kids and 6 adults staying in our Indiana home.  Sadly Glenn was only there for a tiny part of this party.  The only time we were not all together is when the Van Buskirks took a road trip to see their family in North Carolina.

To keep us sane, everyone had a cup with their names on them... sometimes they were washed, and sometimes just rinsed out.

Another way we stayed sane was whenever we had an outing, everyone got peanut butter and jelly... and if you complained, you were given the option of dirt and grass (thank you Melanie :).

To keep the troops happy at nighttime so the adults could have some downtime, we made regular batches of popcorn and drinks... it took 3 batches of popcorn to feed the kids and the adults... whew!

We ran a tight ship and for the most part, no one was lost or injured...ha!
