Meet ZIPPY.
We hit the jackpot when we got him as a "replacement van" while ours was in the shop. The name Zippy derived from his sad little engine that wanted to go fast but only measured up to a Disney car from Autotopia. Poor Zippy.
From the onset, Zippy looked like a normal minivan... but upon more scrutiny, we found some "unique" features....
Like, the cute little foxes prancing up and down the outside door panels....
And the beautiful geometric fluorescent purple and blue upholstery.... and the putrid smell that emanated from every seat and ashtray.... we especially enjoyed the missing back seat and the extra pair of mismatched work boots in the back... fun times
Whatever it was that made zippy unique, I think our very favorite features were the used cartons of cigarettes and spare roll of pink toilet paper...Like it, Love it, Gotta have it.

The cig. packs and toilet paper are cracking me up right now. I'm glad you can find humor in it all.
Holy Cow! That is crazy! I can smell it now! Yuck! Cartons of cigarettes and boots? What, did they give you their OWN car for a spare? I hope he has a ride home. LOL
Go Zippy! Go! I am cracking up! GREAT narrating and photos. My favorite are the speedy little foxes that really make the car go! Too funny! Humor is the key in life isn't?
Too funny - definitely looks like they gave you their own car from the shop! My girls were always so excited about the "replacement" car when our van was in the shop...and I probably should not admit this, but with those tight roads in Tokyo, we seemed to have our van in the shop a few too many times! Hope you did not have to make a trip out to Costco!
